New Global Opportunity

…we might be able to dimly see the outlines of a world economy in which globalization’s benefits did not accrue disproportionately to consumers in the rich world, and in which innovation was not a one-way street, a gift bestowed (on their own terms) by developed nations to those still poor, but rather flowed around the world, benefiting all.  That’s the new global opportunity.  One from which we would all benefit.
